Product Empties #1

I've been saving finished products for a little over a month now and it's been accumulating in a bag. It's kind of weird but I've always enjoyed looking at products other people use. I don't have a huge amount of stuff, mostly sheet masks, but this is a good time to show all of you my empties. Some of the products I've written about in previous posts so I'll include a link to click on if you're curious about them.
The Body Shop Body Butter Satsuma 6.75oz ($20)
This is currently on sale for $12. I'm obsessed with these body butters but would never pay full price for them. I usually stock up on these when there's a sale and each one is $10. There is a mega size for 13.5 oz but I prefer the 6.75 oz tub. Surprisingly I didn't really like the satsuma scent. I thought this would be my favorite but ended up being my least favorite. There's a strange floral scent in this which isn't a good combination with the satsuma. In any case, the formula of the body butter is great. Love how moisturizing all the body butters are, especially in the winter. I will continue to purchase these, except for the satsuma. My personal favorites are vineyard peach, strawberry, and mango.
You can check them out at The Body Shop.

Enesti Apple & Honey Shea Butter Hand Cream 50g ($5)
Product Description
The heavily nourishing honey and vitamin-rich apple formula of this hand cream works to moisturize, purify, and firm up dry hands.

This came from the Memebox Superbox #53 My Honey Box. This was one of my favorite boxes and you'll see two more products from this box down below. I liked this hand cream and it was the perfect size to carry around in my purse. It had a light, fresh, fruity scent which was right up my alley. I felt like the hand cream wasn't moisturizing enough for the winter so it would be perfect for spring/summer. It's sold out on the Memebox site so you can find this at Tester Korea.

Edmong Honeybee Water Cream 50ml ($29)
Product Description
Enriched with honey extracts, natural spring water, propolis extracts, aloe vera water, hyaluronic acid, and green tea extracts, this is a fast absorbing moisturizer which strengthens the skin's natural restorative properties. It's free of paraben, artificial coloring, mineral oil, benzophenone, BHT, talc.

This was also from Memebox and I love the ingredient list. The cream can also be used as an overnight sleeping pack which is what I did. The consistency of this was sticky and like jelly but would absorb quickly on the skin and transform to a water-like texture. It was incredibly soothing and moisturizing without feeling greasy. I'm almost positive my cystic acne started to improve around the time I incorporated this into my routine. Again this is sold out at Memebox so you can find the cream at Tester Korea.

DRAN Aqua Wonder Intensive Renewing Serum
I wrote about this in my January favorites. To find out more, click here.

Michael Todd Intensive Organic Cream Eye Treatment .5oz ($48)
Product Description
Organic cream eye treatment with Haloxyl and Eyeliss is a cutting edge advanced treatment for the care of the delicate skin of the eye lids and under eye areas.

I bought this in the brand's regimen set because it's a much better value. Michael Todd has frequent promotions so I suggest you check the site frequently for those discounts. I lost the cap somewhere under the bathroom sink because I dropped the eye cream so many times. The thin shape of the packaging made the product prone to falling and dropping all over the place. While I appreciated the pump for hygienic issues, I never directly applied it to the under eye area like it was designed to do. I could never dispense the right amount of product under the eye and it was easier to apply with my fingertips first. The eye cream was moisturizing but didn't do much more than that. When you read "cutting edge advanced treatment" one would think miraculous results are what you achieve at the end of the road. I didn't see much of a difference and I won't repurchase. However, if you're curious you can check out the eye treatment at Michael Todd.

Etude House Collagen Eye Patch
Product Description
Hydrate & intensify elasticity of skin around eyes like baby's skin. Brighten & care darkened eyes with essence containing collagen and vitamin. Tighten skin around eyes by intensifying sheet made of a special natural fiber.

One thing I wasn't crazy about was the difficulty in getting the eye patches out of the packaging. They're housed in a little plastic cover which is a little messy and then you have to peel off a clear film from the patches. The patches are pretty thin so the first time I used this I didn't even notice the clear film. Aside from that I don't really have any complaints. They are great for when your eyes feel strained or tired. I do wish there were a little more essence on the patches but they provide hydration and short term benefits for brightening the under eye area. You can buy them at Etude House or Amazon.

And then the sheet masks...
Pure Smile Essence Mask - from Memebox Yogurt Cosmetics
Etude House Tea Tree Mask - read my This or That post

Multi Effect Collagen Honey Mask - from Memebox My Honey Box

Innisfree It's Real Squeeze Mask Strawberry x 2, Tea Tree, Kiwi, Lime, Mugwort x 2, Cucumber - my favorites were strawberry, kiwi, lime and they smell amazing!

One last thing
Dr. Lin Medicated Acne Cleansing Wipe with 2% Salicylic Acid (sample)
35 ct for $8.99
Purify clogged pores and control breakouts with these convenient wipes. Medicated formula penetrates deep into pores while the exfoliating towlette wipes away dirt & oil. Can be used in addition to cleansing for for extra clarifying benefits.

I can't even remember where I got this sample but I had a total of three individual packets sent to me. The towlettes are large and thick so it removes makeup quite well. I don't really have a need for these but, if you suffer from acne and use cleansing wipes, I would recommend them. I did go in and wash my face after the wipe since I always implement a 2 step cleansing process. These would be good for travelling when you don't want to carry too many products and save space. You can find them at Dr. Lin for $8.99 or Ulta for $7.49.

So there you have it, the products I've finished over the course of a little over a month. I hope you enjoyed reading this and thanks for stopping by!
Jennifer
