My Thoughts
I believe this palette was released about a month ago. I can't compare this to the other two Revealed palettes since I don't own them. The twenty shades are housed in a very slim cardboard case with the lid of the palette held closed by a magnet.
There's no mirror inside but the packaging is sturdy enough and travel friendly. (Shade #2 was cracked and broken when I first opened the palette. Not too upset by this since I rectified the situation by using rubbing alcohol to put it back together)
I would say this leans towards a cool toned palette with a good variety of golds, plums, and browns. It offers matte, satin, and shimmer shadows. Unfortunately, there are only 3 matte shades and I would have liked to see a few more. Some of the shades are poorly pigmented (mainly the lighter shimmers) and chalky (the mattes and the lighter shades) but the rest are smooth and buttery. I experienced some fallout with the shadows so I wouldn't reach for this if I needed to get ready in a jiffy. If you are in a hurry or can't spend time applying eye makeup, this palette is not for you. There will be no creasing or fading if you make use of an eye primer.
Let's go into each of the shades:
#1-off white matte good for the brow bone or inner corner highlight
#2-matte peach shade also good for the brow bone
#3-pigmented matte medium brown
#4-shimmer golden peach good for the lids (not pigmented, expect to spend time on getting color)
#5-medium brown with gold shimmers (soft but gets a little chalky)
#6-deep shimmery gold, very pigmented
#7-deep satin burgundy with gold and red shimmers
#8-shimmery baby pink (another shade that has to be built up in order to get color payoff)
#9-similar to #7 but darker and more shimmery (chalky with fallout)
#10-deep, dark brown with red and gold shimmers (proceed with caution, a little goes a long way!)
#11-satin deep purple with hints of gold shimmer (one of my favorite colors)
#12-another purple leaning towards a brown (chalky, needs work to build up)
#13-light purple with red and gold shimmer (not very pigmented, try using it with a wet brush)
#14-light satin shimmery pink good for the lids
#15-shimmery taupe (good color but you have to work for the color)
#16-deep golden brown (highly pigmented but very chalky, gets messy)
#17-deep shimmery gold (looks similar to #6 but this is less of a yellow gold)
#18-cool toned medium taupe good for lighter complexions
#19-deep dark brown with purple undertones (pigmented but chalky)
#20-dark charcoal with silver shimmers (looks black in the pan, very pigmented
Final Thoughts
Overall the quality of the Revealed 3 palette is nice and offers a good variety of shades with browns, taupes, golds, plums, and pinks. Most shades are just a bit powdery but for the most part they are pigmented and easy to blend, with a mix of cool and warm shades. It's also a good drugstore priced alternative with twenty shades for $19.99. Sometimes there are even flash sales on the Coastal Scents website and you can purchase the palettes for as low as $9.97! If you don't want to pay the normal price, keep an eye out on their Instagram and Facebook page for flash sales.
