Berrisom Horror Mask Set

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
I thought this would be the perfect time to do a mini review of the Berrisom Horror Masks. You can find them at Memebox sold as a set for $3 with a retail value of $6 here.

"Berrisom is a high tech cosmetic brand that cares for the skin using the AO5 antioxidant formula extracted from three types of berries and two types of blossoms. From skincare to makeup, Berrisom is all you need for happy, beautiful skin" according to their website. The AO5 formula consists of elderberry, blackberry, cranberry, evening primrose, and camellia.

Berrisom released a line of animal sheet masks (I purchased the Animal Mask Set so a review will be up within a week or so) and then created another line based on the Peking Opera and horror characters.

Horror Mask - Pierrot
Product Description
Indulge your skin with a blend of green tea extract and bamboo water contained in this face mask. It enhances the skin’s elasticity to keep it soft, smooth and free from wrinkles. These herbal ingredients work from within the skin layers to the surface of the skin. Along with these ingredients, this mask also contains, adenosine, ceramide and glacial milk to help seal in moisture and nutrients. This results to younger-looking skin!
How to Use
After cleansing and toning, place the mask onto the face and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. After the allotted time, remove the mask and dispose properly. Pat the remaining essence onto the face gently for better absorption.
The Berrisom logo should be facing outward.
Should have checked my hair beforehand!
The sheet mask is absorbed with a 25 ml bottle of essence and made of 100% pure cotton. The mask felt heavy although the sheet itself is quite thin. There's plenty of essence in the mask and enough droplets left over in the pouch to apply on your face the next day. I was expecting to smell some green tea in the mask but, instead, there's a sweet, floral scent which isn't overpowering. The fit was a little off for my face shape. There was an extra inch of mask on the forehead, the eye cut outs were a little big, and the mask kept drooping down my face for the first five minutes. It also took me a few minutes to get the mask on my face since I had to adjust it several times. While the fit wasn't great for my face, I was pleased with the immediate results of the mask. Once the essence absorbed into the skin I was left with incredibly soft and smooth skin. I have oily skin and the mask gave me more than enough moisture without leaving me greasy or feeling sticky.

Horror Mask - Skull
Product Description
Indulge your skin with a blend of premium black rice extract and collagen to save your skin from roughness and dryness. This mask keeps the skin moist all day with its exceptional blend of natural ingredients. It also contains glacial milk and ceramide to help seal in moisture while giving your skin a brighter and more even complexion.
How to Use
After cleansing and toning, place the mask onto the face and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. After the allotted time, remove the mask and dispose properly. Pat the remaining essence onto the face gently for better absorption.
Folded over the mask in the forehead area.
What's left in the pouch after removing the sheet mask.
The skull mask was similar in terms of fit and the scent. This one seemed to smell a little less floral but it still had a sweet scent. I found this mask just as moisturizing as Pierrot, maybe even more so, and my face looked extra glowy afterwards. I really like how the essence quickly absorbs into the skin after you remove the mask and you don't have to wait forever to let it skin in. This also left my skin extremely soft and smooth.

FINAL THOUGHTS
Thumbs up for both masks. I can't wait to try the Berrisom Animal Masks after using these Horror Masks. While the fit of the mask wasn't great for me, the results are quite good so I would repurchase the set in the future.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend and thanks for stopping by!
