Memebox Haul #2

Remember when I asked for more sales at Memebox like the $5 deals and steals sale? Well, my wish was granted because there was a summer sale one week later! This sale was even better with some products, mostly sheet masks, as low as $1. In fact, some of the $5 products from the previous sale were lowered to $3 during the summer sale. I was fortunate enough to catch it with a notification email from Memebox. You must act fast when there are promotions like this because everything sells out like wildfire.

All sale prices are listed in the picture below.

Peripera Peri's Tint Jelly in 001 Cherry Stick ($12)
A coveted lip stain that will enclose your lips with a layer of moisture, and hydrate from beneath the skin. This jelly-like lip stain and balm duo will nourish your lips and stain it with a long- lasting natural lip color. Formulated with Argan Oil and Grapeseed Oil, your lips will be coated in a hydrating lacquer with a jelly-like finish. Add a tint to your lips with a lasting color that enhances your natural lip upon contact.

Ingredients: Water, Butylene Glycol, Alcohol, Glycerin, Carica Papaya Fruit Extract, Butylene Glycol, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Artemisia Absinthium Extract, Achillea Millefolium Extract, Gentiana Lutea Root Extract, Glycolic Acid, Peg-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Lactic Acid, Sodium Lactate, Salicylic Acid, Disodium Edta, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Fragrance

I'm feeling overwhelmed with lip products these days, especially since I just ordered the new liquid lipsticks from Memebox. Will update you on the Tint Jelly at a later time. I have several unopened Peripera lipsticks at the moment which I'll save for a review in the future. Peripera, Clio, and Goodal are all under the umbrella of Club Clio.

Tony Moly My Little Pet Wrinkle Line Patch ($5)

A hydro-gel wrinkle care patch to treat those 'smile lines'. Treats the skin to create firm and resilient skin. Formulated with Adenosine and Collagen to moisturize, brighten and reduce the appeanace of lines.
How to use: Remove film from patch and apply onto smile line area. Leave on for 30 minutes then remove patch and pat lightly for full absorption.

Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Niacinamide, Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit )Fruit extract), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Ceratonia Siliqu Gum, Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan), Sucrose Stearate, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Glyceryl Stearate, Cellulose Gum, Sodium Polyacrylate, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Extract, Camellia Sinesis Leaf Extract, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Prunus Serrulata Flower Extract, Nelumbo Nucifera Flower Extract, Lilium Trigrinum Flower Extract, Malva Sylvestris (Mallow) extract), Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Leaf Extract, Primula Veris Extract, Veronica Officinalis Extract, Melissa Officinalis Extract, Achillea Millefolium Extract, Alcohol, Disodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol

Love these patches! If you want to know more about my thoughts on these, read my previous review here. In hindsight I don't know why I only grabbed 5. At $1 a patch, these were even cheaper than Tester Korea and that never happens.

SNP POP Troubled Skin Care Essence Sheet Mask ($3)

This mask sheet contains highly concentrated skin essence that penetrates the pores to fully nourish the skin and improve its texture. It soothes troubled and irritated skin from acne breakouts. It contains a special blend of herbal extracts that supplies nutrients onto the skin to help it recover from skin aggravation.
How to use: After washing and toning, gently remove the mask sheet from the packaging and place onto the face for 15 to 20 minutes. Afterwards, gently remove the mask from the face and dispose properly.
The first 5 ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Ethanol, Polysorbate 80, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose

I bought this sheet mask in the last $5 sale and have not used it. It was $1 cheaper this time around. I'm not very good at making impulsive decisions and spontaneously purchasing things but that's what you need to do when Memebox has a sale like this. I'm the type of person that has to fill up a cart and constantly edit products until I check out. Anyway, I might not have purchased some of these products if I had more time to think about what was going in the cart.

Mediheal E.G.T. Timetox Gel Smile-Line Patch ($3)

Gives the effect of fillers and botox in which it firms and lifts the skin to improve its texture. It transforms dull and wrinkled skin to smooth and soft skin with its premium blend of natural herb extracts, EGF and peptides. These ingredients promote skin elasticity by strengthening and firming skin tissues. This ampoule mask is free from harsh ingredients and is therefore safe and suitable for people who suffer from sensitive and aggravated skin.

Thought I'd try another smile line patch besides the Tony Moly to see what else is out there. Mediheal is a Korean cosmetic brand created and tested by aesthetic specialists that focuses in developing treatments for the most common and persistent skin problems.

Oseque Oh! My Face Get It Fix ($17)

This fixing mist from Oseque is specially formulated with fine powder particles that sets and mattifies your makeup to last the entire day despite the harsh weather. It prevents makeup from smearing by securing it onto the skin. Made with premium botanical extracts, this fixing mist contains vitamins and minerals highly beneficial to the skin. It also promotes protection against damage with its rich nourishing properties.
How to use: At the last step of your makeup routine, hold the bottle at about 8 inches away from the face and spray all over the face for the makeup to fully set.

Ingredients: Water,Mineral Water,Alcohol,Butylene Glycol,Betaine,Glycerin,Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Fruit Extract,Ulmus Davidiana Root Extract,Amaranthus Caudatus Seed Extract,Centella Asiatica Extract,Ficus Carica (Fig) Fruit Extract,Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil,Hydrogenated Lecithin,Sodium Citrate,Pentylene Glycol, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Ethylhexylglycerin, Citric Acid, Disodium Edta,Ceramide 3,Fragrance, Phenoxyethanol

Oseque is a nature friendly skincare and cosmetics brand from the company Songhak. I just ran out of a makeup setting spray but I'm all stocked up on the product between the two sales.

Tony Moly Panda's Dream Brightening Eye Base ($12)

Instantly see improvement in the appearance of dark circles with ingredients that soothe and specifically target the under eye region, to visibly improve puffiness, eye bags, and dark circles. Properties also include revitalizing eye wrinkle treatment to reduce the appearance of fine lines. Create energized and brightened under eyes with this easy-to-use, on-the-go skin treatment that is adorably packaged in an irresistible panda case.
How to use: Apply directly to the under eyes where dark circles or puffiness are most prominent. Use as a highlighter and apply to nose bridge, forehead, chin, cheek bones for definition. Blend into skin for a natural and flawless finish. Re-apply throughout the day as needed.

Ingredients: Capric/Capric Triglyceride, Dimethicone, Isopropyl Myristate, Methyl Methacrylate Crosspolymer, Mica, Euphorobia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Microcrystalline Wax, Sorbitan Olivate, Ceresin, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Lanolin, Titanium Dioxide, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Fragrance, Methicone, Tropopolene, Triethoxycaprylylsilate, Pearl Extract Water, Bambusa Vulgaris Shoot Extract, Bambusa Vulgaris Sap Extract, Glycerin, Steareth-20, N-Hydroxysuccinimide, Chlorhexidine Digluconate, Potassium Sorbate, Chrysin, Palmitoyl Oligopeptide, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7

I actually ordered this in my first Tester Korea haul but the company mistakenly sent me the Panda Dream So Cool Eye Stick. It wasn't worth the trouble of exchanging and replacing the product so I kept the eye stick. It's been fairly useful and cooling this summer. I suffer from puffiness in the under eye area but am fortunate enough not to have to worry about dark circles. Even if the eye base isn't what it claims, I have a new friend for the eye stick and it was purchased at a heavily discounted price. I'm a sucker for cute animal packaging and Tony Moly knows how to rope people in with their packaging.

Too Cool For School Spot Solution Stick ($9)
A unique product that directly targets the affected area to eliminate pimple-causing bacteria. Salicylic acid and AHA are the primary active ingredients which remove damaged skin cells, kill pimple-causing bacteria and soothe irritated areas. With its natural healing ingredients, Aloe Vera and Centella Asiatica, this spot stick reduces inflammation and flattens acne without causing any irritation.
How to use: After washing your face and toning, directly apply it onto the trouble spot by gently patting the stick over the desired area. This is most effective when used twice daily (day and night).

Ingredients: Salicylic Acid, AHA, Aloe Vera, Pine Sulfur, Centella Asiatica Extract, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil,Beeswax,BHT,Butylene Glycol Dicaprylate/Dicaprate,Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract,Chlorphenesin,Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil,Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil,Perfume,Phytosteryl/Isostearyl/Cetyl/Stearyl/Behenyl Dimer Dilinoleate, Tocopherol Acetate, Vinyl Dimethicone/Methicone Silsesquioxane Crosspolymer

Again, this is something I wouldn't have picked up if I'd done my research. Salicylic acid doesn't do anything for my acne and it's the main ingredient in the spot stick. This might work for any whiteheads I have but the majority of my issues are cystic acne during that time of the month.

XO Memebox Time On My Lip in Pink($12)
Time on My Lip is a tint, gloss, and lipstick all in one, single bottle.  Forget about touch-ups with this versatile yet highly-pigmented, long-lasting, 12-hour color fix formula created by expert RE:CIPE chemists. Using a unique blend of rose hip oil, jojoba seed oil, and mango seed butter this will keep your lips supple and nourished, all day long.

Ingredients: Purified water, octyldodecanol, trimethylsiloxyphenyl dimethicone, modificated alcohol, sorbitan stearate, acrylate copolymer, ethyl cellulose, behenyl alcohol, rose hip oil, macadamia seed oil, mango seed butter, jojoba seed oil, pentylene glycol, polysorbate 60, hydroxypropyl guar, polyglyceryl-2 triisostearate, isohexadecane, polysorbate 80, caprylyl glycol, ethylhexylglycerin, sodium hyaluronate, phenoxyethanol, fragrance, titanium dioxide, red 104, red 202, yellow 4

I've been interested in this for quite some time because it's gotten good reviews on the Memebox website. Everything I've tried from Re:cipe has been fantastic so far, so this lip product should be high quality.

FINAL THOUGHTS
I love these Memebox sales!! They're thrilling, frustrating, and satisfying at the same time. Believe it or not I practiced some major self restraint during this sale because I wanted to buy everything that was available. I decided to set my limit to $30, qualify for the free shipping, and then call it a day. I had some points, woohoo, so I only paid $24 for the order. Now the site has been wiped out and many products are sold out, including most of the boxes. There was a box sale as well with boxes up to 80% off. Fortunately, I wasn't interested in any of those so I saved myself some time, money, and grief. Memebox, if you're reading this, thank you for the awesome sales last month!!!

Thanks for stopping by!
Jennifer
