Here's the second part to my Tester Korea haul. If you haven't read part 1, click here to see what I purchased. As I stated in part 1 haul shipping has been much faster than I expected with registered air mail, the cheapest and slowest shipping option. I ordered everything on Nov. 29, received a shipping confirmation email on Dec. 4, and had the package in my hands by Dec. 15.
Skinfood Royal Honey Cover Bounce Cushion (Snoopy Limited Edition) 16,100 won
This is a triple functioning bouncy cushion foundation that effectively conceals imperfections and creates a smooth luminous complexion. It has an SPF of 50 PA+++. I chose shade #01 Light Beige and the other shade is #02 Natural Beige. Now that the temperatures have cooled down a little I've been using a cushion compact and some powder over it on a daily basis. It's the only reason to explain why I keep buying more cushions. I haven't been wearing liquid foundations because it's easier to take a puff and pat it on the skin. Plus, how can you resist Snoopy packaging? Almost forgot to mention that the price of this has gone up to 18,400 won. It's still super affordable since it comes to $16.06 with the current exchange rate.
Innisfree Skin Clinic Mask BHA (1800 won)
A fine delicate cotton mask that contains BHA to remove accumulated dead cells, leaving your skin texture feeling sleek and soft.
Innisfree Skin Clinic Mask Vita C (1800 won)
This whitening mask sheet contains vitamin C derivatives and niacinamide to brighten up dull, rough skin.
I NEED to stop buying sheet masks, it's turned into a real addiction. I haven't tried these Innisfree Skin Clinic Masks and they seem to have positive reviews. The other varities are: Madecassoside, Catechin, Peptide, Collagen, and Hyaluronic Acid. Will let you know what I think of them.
A'pieu Lemon Sun Gel (Summer Limited) 3600 won
Looks like this may be difficult to find once they're sold out. Couldn't find a product description for this in English but I can read Korean. The sun gel contains 10,000 ppm of lemon extracts, has zero stickiness, brightens your face, and claims to feel like you never applied it on your face. I am all about sunscreen and sun protection so I wanted to be prepared once I ran out of the Leaders sunscreen. I have oily skin so gels are the best form of sunscreen for me. The sun gel is now 4,050 won ($3.53) which is dirt cheap in my opinion.
Holika Holika Waterdrop Tint Stick (5,925 won)
Once applied to your lips this melts on your lips with popping water drops, a water based formula with over 40% water. Stickiness and smear free. There are 5 shades available. I'll put an asterisk by the shades I purchased.
#01 Waterdrop Cherry: real red color
#02 Waterdrop Pomegranate: crimson red color*
#03 Waterdrop Orange: real orange color
#04 Waterdrop Strawberry: lovely pink color*
#05 Waterdrop Grape: purple pink color
I disposed of some of my lip products to make room for new ones, thus validating more lip product purchases. When I looked up the description, it made me want to see what "popping water drops" are like on the lips. The packaging is pretty cheap and the plastic tube seems flimsy. The scent of the tint sticks go along with the name. I really like fruity scents so the smell doesn't bother me. These kind of remind me of an upgraded Lip Smacker. This is currently priced at 6, 715 won at Tester.
Holika Holika Naked Face Foundation Powder (11,175 won)
A powder type foundation with feather light powder molecules that are applied thoroughly on your face for a natural, flawless, and clear look. There is an SPF of 26 PA+. I've had my eyes on this powder for a little while and decided to take advantage of the Black Friday discount. One thing to note is there are no shade options so I wonder if this will work for all skin shades. I would have thought a foundation powder had more coverage but maybe this is more like a translucent loose powder. Again, the price of this has also gone up a little to 12,665 won.
Samples
Nature Republic Snail Solution Foam Cleanser
The History of Whoo Qi & Jin Essence
Missha Time Revolution Night Repair Ampoule
Onl Real Therapy Snail Renewal Cream
Su:m 37 Air rising Perfect BB
Samples are a funny thing because I get a tad upset when they're not included in an order. Yet, I don't need them since I don't travel all that much. I end up hoarding samples in old Memeboxes. Occasionally I'll go through them and give samples to my mom or friends but do I really need six of the Nature Republic Cleansers? Maybe I should have a Sample Saturday or Sunday series to actually use them instead of watching them collect dust.
Hope you enjoyed this haul and thanks for stopping by!
