Price
I purchased the Dr. Jart Soothing Hydra Solution Mask at Memebox with the current BOGO free promotion, 2 masks for $6. The retail value for both masks together is $12 so each individual mask is $6. You can also purchase the mask at Birchbox and Sephora for $6.
Scent
There's a medicinal, sort of herbal scent about this mask, must be from the botanical extracts. I'm neutral about the scent. I don't hate it but I don't love it.

My Thoughts
$6 is starting to edge towards the expensive side of a sheet mask for me so I was curious to see why the Dr. Jart masks cost more than than the average mask. The packaging of the pouch itself looks and feels rather expensive. It's made out of thick paper and everything is written clearly and coherently in English and Korean. However, I was a little surprised by the sheet mask. It's very thin, a little too thin for my taste, but the product description does state the mask is made of fine cellulose fiber. I just didn't think it would be that fine. In general fiber masks are quite inexpensive to produce.
There is a protective film over one side of the mask to make it easier to place the mask on your face. For such a thin mask I was impressed at how much essence was in it and how lightweight the mask felt. There is also no drippage while you wear the mask which is another plus for me. I wore the mask for 20 minutes and found it cooling. (Just in case you're a new reader, my skin type is oily and acne prone.) This mask is supposedly geared for anyone with sensitive, dehydrated skin which is not really my skin type. I do have sensitive skin because of ongoing acne flareups but I randomly chose this particular mask to see what it was like.
I was a little concerned this mask would leave my skin feeling greasy but, surprisingly, the essence absorbed nicely into my skin after 10 minutes. I skipped moisturizer but I did apply some serum and a spot treatment afterwards. There's enough essence leftover in the pouch for a few more uses. I didn't notice anything amazing happening with my skin the next morning but I did find the mask soothing and hydrating for my oily skin.
Final Thoughts
I'm more than happy paying $3 for this mask but anything more than that is too much in my opinion. There are some nice things about the mask but not enough to warrant paying $6! I believe I have two more of these in my stash but I won't purchase this particular one in the future. I'm looking for other masks that will offer some help with hyperpigmentation and calming down hormonal cystic acne.
