Influenster I Do Voxbox

I had a little unplanned vacation from blogging last week, sorry about that! I fully intended to put up one or two posts while I was away but it just never happened. Travelling and a root canal procedure are my only excuses. Anyway, I was very surprised to receive an Influenster box when I returned from my trip. I vaguely remember filling out a survey from them awhile back but don't remember much of anything else. I've been a member on the site for almost two years and am not as active on there as I should be in order to receive more VoxBoxes.

June 2015 Favorites

It's officially summer and the end of June which means I have a few favorites for this month.

I tried some new products this month that weren't featured in reviews so here's my chance to showcase what I've been loving.

New Tony Moly New York Flagship Store

Yesterday Tony Moly opened its New York Flagship store in the heart of Korea town at 35 W. 32nd St. (between 5th and 6th Ave) next to Koryo Books. There is/was a store on the same block but closer to the 5th Ave. side. I'm not sure if they will keep or close that particular store down.

Memebox Fountain of Youth Box

It's been three weeks since I purchased and received a Memebox which is a record for me. I'm trying to resist the urge to buy every single box that tempts me and think about what I need in my skincare and makeup stash. I also had a little credit card fraud incident where someone decided to spend the night at a hotel and splurge at Chanel. A thief with expensive taste? It took a week to get a new credit card so it basically forced me to stop spending. Anyway, the Fountain of Youth theme was something that caught my attention because who doesn't want to stay #ForeverYoung?

3W Clinic Collagen Make-up Base Review

 I've been trying to finish up the bareMinerals Prime Time Foundation Primer in brightening for the longest time. I wasn't all that crazy about the primer to begin with but I hated the thought of throwing away a barely used product. This was the case until I realized the Prime Time Primer is not compatible with my currently oily/combination skin type. I decided to dig through my stash and discovered the 3W Clinic Collagen Make-up Base I'd received in a past Memebox. I'm kicking myself for throwing away the box before I took some pictures of it but I needed to make efficient use of limited storage space.

NYX Butter Gloss Review

I've said this before, but I'm not a fan of lip gloss and the stickiness it brings along with it. I always seem to have hair sticking to my lips whenever I try to wear a gloss. BUT, I've found a gloss I'm obsessed with, the NYX Butter glosses. There's a lot of hype surrounding these and rightfully so. I currently own 8 out of the 22 shades, which may seem excessive, but I truly do love these!

June Mishibox

Mishi is the beauty bunny and mascot for Mishibox!

There's a new monthly subscription box, Mishibox, on the block that contains Korean beauty products.  The June box is the very first box the company released.
